Enterprises
Since its inception, IFMA and the IFMA Foundation have placed industry at the heart of our training, with the aim of producing engineers in phase with the needs of companies and developing collaborations.

Enterprise at the heart of our student-engineer training
  • 12 months' minimum obligatory industrial internships
  • Over 20 company visits every year organised for IFMA students
  • Specialised courses mainly taught by guest lecturers from the world of industry
  • Monthly IFMA Conferences with speakers from enterprises
  • Annual IFMA Enterprise and Recruitment Forum
  • Patronage of each graduation group by a personality from the economic and industrial world

The IFMA Foundation, keystone of the school

The IFMA Foundation participates actively in the personal development of our students and in their familiarisation with the industrial world. One of its principal roles: ensuring the correspondence between the IFMA academic programme and the current and future needs of companies.

Partnerships with companies
  • welcoming student engineers for internships and projects
  • employing apprentice engineers in the alternating work – study programme
  • recruiting the school's graduate engineers
  • participating in our scientific and technical days and seminars
  • benefiting from the expertise of our research laboratories
  • co-ordinating technology transfer activities thanks to our Mec@Prod platform
  • enhancing the skills and know-how of engineers via continuing education activities
