· Student Office
The Student Office, which co-ordinates the clubs and associations, is also responsible for the integration of new students. This takes place over the first two weeks of the university year, with around twenty student "families" which welcome new recruits. The families have various centres of interest and comprise students of all year groups. Integration also means parties, sports activities, pool competitions, and a long weekend away. The practice of hazing is not part of IFMA culture.
