The Master's in Mechanical and Civil Engineering (research specialisation: " Innovation - Mechanisms - Materials – Structures") trains students in design, development and research in the fields of Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering and Civil Engineering.
and on a Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering and Civil Engineering research laboratory:
The course proposes personalised programmes to train for research in conjunction with the three LaMI teams:
- Materials and structures
- Probabilistic structural mechanics
- Machines, mechanisms and systems
The course also relies on industrial partnerships in various fields such as automotive, aeronautical, civil engineering, biomechanics, etc.
Students graduating with the Master in Mechanical and Civil Engineering (research specialisation: "
Innovation - Mechanisms - Materials – Structures") may then go on to prepare a PhD (for example at Clermont-Ferrand Engineering Sciences Doctoral School) or be recruited in a company or a private or public research centre.
