The IFMA Wi-Fi network

IFMA's Wi-Fi network enables each student to work independently, whilst remaining connected to the network.
All IFMA's buildings are equipped with Wi-Fi: classrooms, student facilities, reception areas, amphitheatres, etc.
The security level is adapted to the user's needs (very secure for internal users, for example).
Wi-Fi is integral to the experimental "electronic briefcase" programme for our apprentice engineers.
In the context of Clermont Université and the Auvergne Region Digital University, all the Clermont-Ferrand university Wi-Fi hot spots are accessible to IFMA students (over 200 locations in libraries, on the various campuses, etc.)
IFMA is also a member of Eduroam, enabling Wi-Fi access in all the European universities in the network.
Finally, every IFMA student living in CROUS student accommodation has free high-speed broadband internet access.
And Wi-Fi access is not limited to IFMA students: visitors to the school for conferences, library consultations, etc. also benefit from Wi-Fi on request.
